WRITING AND DANSE FOR A GAZE
Abstract
The article stems from the doctoral work "Dance-writing: a possibility of self-enunciation" that I am carrying out at the University of Lille, France. After designing and teaching the Dance-Writing Workshops, the pedagogical-creative laboratory of my research, I show how the alternation between movement and writing can promote the self-observation and free expression of the people who participate in the workshops, mainly those who are not professionally engaged in dance. I approach the study from a phenomenological perspective and complement it with some neuroscience studies.
