NEUROEDUCATION: THE IMPORTANCE OF TRAINING TO BECOME AGENTS OF CHANGE IN THE SCHOOL SETTING

Abstract


La società attuale richiede un'educazione sempre più efficiente, finalizzata allo sviluppo globale e globale degli individui. In questa prospettiva, la neuroeducazione è emersa come una pratica chiave per comprendere il funzionamento del cervello umano e applicare i suoi principi all'ambiente scolastico. Attraverso lo studio del funzionamento del cervello, la neuroeducazione mira a capire come impariamo e come possiamo migliorare i processi di insegnamento e apprendimento integrando i principi delle neuroscienze cognitive nell'educazione. La neuroeducazione offre importanti approfondimenti nella progettazione di programmi educativi basati sull'evidenza che possono favorire il successo accademico degli studenti. Questo articolo si propone di esplorare l'importanza della formazione in neuroeducazione come agente di cambiamento efficace nel contesto educativo. A tal fine, è stata analizzata la formazione degli insegnanti in neuroeducazione e come questo possa offrire una nuova prospettiva per riflettere sul loro approccio pedagogico, sulla loro esperienza professionale e sul modo in cui insegnano. Questo lavoro vuole essere uno spaccato della relazione tra neuroeducazione e metacognizione fornendo uno spazio per la riflessione e la consapevolezza dei propri processi mentali. Infine, sono stati esaminati gli effetti della neuroeducazione in termini di risultati educativi e come la neuroeducazione svolge un ruolo chiave nella promozione dell'equità educativa.
