Arianna Giuliani

Abstract

The paper deepens the results of a study conducted with 9986 future teachers, involved in a pre-service training pathway. The main objective was to identify their profiles, dispositions and competences in the field of instructional design, considered as crucial dimensions for a future effective professionalism in complex educational ecosystems. The study revealed a widespread interest in active and engaging methodologies. However, basic knowledge and skills were found to be weaker than expected.
