PHYSICAL LITERACY AND MOTOR LEARNING: TEACHING STYLES AND PRACTICE VARIABILITY
Abstract
The present contribution investigates the relationship between Physical Literacy and motor learning, emphasizing the impact of teaching styles and practice variability on skill acquisition. Moreover, the study explores the role of practice variability, analysing how structured vs. varied practice conditions affect skill retention, transferability, and adaptability. These insights contribute to refining pedagogical strategies for PE teachers aiming to foster long-term engagement in physical activity.
