THE CONTRIBUTION OF TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL AND MOTOR FIELDS
Abstract
The integration of exergames into physical education is revolutionizing learning by promoting physical activity and combating obesity and sedentary behavior, especially in primary school children. These tools enhance motor and cognitive skills such as spatial awareness and attention, fostering overall well-being. A review of 41 studies confirms the effectiveness of exergames in improving physical activity, preventing obesity, and supporting balanced growth, including for children with disabilities.
