INCLUSIVE DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS FOR NEURODIVERSITY: STAKEHOLDER PERSPECTIVES ON SUPPORT, TRUST, AND DIGITAL INTEGRATION
Abstract
This exploratory cross-sectional study investigated support needs, digital integration, and trust-building characteristics in neurodiversity-related contexts. An online questionnaire was completed by 268 stakeholders, primarily educators/teachers, parents/caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Families reported economic, territorial, professional, and bureaucratic barriers to accessing services. Previous use of online therapeutic services was limited (11.7%), whereas 79.6% rated an integrated digital platform positively (scores 4–6). School support was the most frequently selected priority service (58.5%). Certified professionals (67.5%) and continuous assistance (49.1%) were the leading trust-building characteristics. Findings support a person–technology–context perspective in which inclusive digital ecosystems complement human relationships while promoting accessible, coordinated, and professionally grounded support.
