WHO NARRATES THE SELF? AI, EDUCATIONAL MEDIATION, AND THE TRANSFORMATION OF RELATIONAL PRACTICES
Abstract
The widespread adoption of generative artificial intelligence is transforming not only how people narrate themselves but also the role of the interlocutor in the construction of self-narratives. Building on pedagogical reflections on autobiographical narration and on Self, this chapter introduces the concept of narrative delegation and discusses its educational implications, with particular attention to special education and the role of artificial intelligence as a tool for educational mediation.
