ATTITUDES TOWARD ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN TEACHER EDUCATION: THE ROLE OF EMOTIONAL AND COGNITIVE VARIABLES
Abstract
Analyzing a sample of 423 trainee teachers, this study investigates AI acceptance using regression models and path analysis. Results show an asymmetry: AI Literacy reduces tool-related and epistemic anxiety but fails to buffer fears regarding professional identity and educational relationships. These resistances, mediated by general attitudes (GAAIS), call for non-technocentric training paths.
