NOT JUST KNOWING, BUT KNOWING HOW TO BE: COOPERATIVE LEARNING IN HEALTHCARE TRAINING
Abstract
The study on 170 healthcare students at Vanvitelli University assessed the effectiveness of cooperative learning with a mixed experimental design. Questionnaires and interviews showed, in the experimental group, improvements in empathy, cohesion, and classroom climate, as well as motivation, reflection, and clinical application. The methodology proves effective in integrating technical skills and relational abilities, consistent with current medical pedagogy.
