ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BETWEEN DISRUPTIVE INNOVATION, ACCESSIBILITY AND INCLUSIVE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Abstract
The digital revolution is also changing corporate governance, in which a great diffusion of AI is plausible . As the consequences are significant, it is necessary for the company to take actions that affect its organizational culture.
Faced with this need, the research project is developed, which intends to stand as a declination of the Flipped inclusion model: it is necessary to act pedagogically on the training of people (and machines) because only the creation of inclusive and prosocial personalities can ensure the achievement of corporate organizational well-being.
