GAMIFICATION AND INCLUSION: AN EDUCATIONAL APPROACH TO PROMOTE COLLABORATION AND EMPATHY IN A LANGUAGE HIGH SCHOOL

Giovanna Scala, Giovanni Tafuri

Abstract

The study investigates how gamification can foster school inclusion and improve prosocial skills in a secondary school. Using a qualitative-quantitative approach, the research is based on questionnaires to assess students' perceptions of inclusion and prosocial behaviour. The results show that gamification is an effective method to strengthen the sense of belonging and improve social relationships among students.
