Abstract


This paper explores hospital food environments as behavioural and educational infrastructures through an interpretive case study of Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (Singapore). It examines how spatial design, food services and sustainability practices may influence food choices and support situated learning. The study highlights the educational potential of healthcare environments in promoting food literacy and well-being.
