Abstract

Handwriting is crucial for children's development. The link between the writing and theories of Embodiment seems to be evident: writing can be considered as an action experience, a representational form of movement that involves physical qualities and influences cognitive processes. Writing involves a range of complex skills, making it a challenging task to learn, particularly for children with learning disabilities. Developed haptic guidance systems show potential in acquiring the skill of handwriting.
