Anziani fragili e contrasto della sedentarietà durante il periodo di restrizione della mobilità personale: metodi e contenuti dell’intervento

Abstract


Lo studio analizza la condizione dell'anziano fragile durante la recente pandemia e tratteggia i potenziali rischi della salute derivanti da stili di vita sedentari.

Evidenzia, altresì, il rischio che l'anziano fragile sia escluso da percorsi di educazione permanente relativa alla corporeità ed alla tutela della salute in modo consapevole ed attivo.

Si delineano le strategie messe in atto durante il periodo di restrzione della mobilità personale durato circa due mesi
